I had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to poor cleanliness and service. While I appreciated the comfortable beds and nice parking for members, the overall state of the hotel left much to be desired. It’s a shame because I've experienced much better stays elsewhere, and this time just didn’t cut it.

Our stay at this hotel was pretty average. The room was clean and comfortable, and Ms. Tina at breakfast was a standout for her attention to guests, especially kids. However, the service overall was inconsistent, with one staff member not knowing how to assist with rewards, and we encountered issues like a broken TV remote and poor housekeeping. It was convenient since we were close to the dealership after our car trouble, but I expected more for the price.
